I don't have a scariest book i'v ever read because i don't like scary books and I don't read them. But a really cool scary movie i saw was World War Z. It's scary because of the zombies but i think that it's more fun and action-filled. I think that movies are scarier than the books because it's one thing to read something but I think that it's another to actually see the scary things that happen in the story.

The scariest book I ever read is bloodcurdling tales of horror and the macabre by H.P Lovecraft. It was scary because there were tales that literally freaked the heck out of me. The scariest movie I have ever seen is Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. It made it scary because it was made very suspenseful. I think movies are more scarier because it looks or looked like it's actually really going to happen.

Bryce I never heard of that book, why does it make it scary? I haven't heard of that movie is it scary is it funny at all.

The scariest book I have ever read is Goose Bumps because it tells you all the details about the character before the scary part happened. The scariest movie I have ever seen is Hide And Seek because the little girl kept saying she had a friend who lived in the closet. The dad did not believe the girl but people watching the movie knew that the friend would be real because it is a scary movie, the imaginary friend is always real. The movie was good because the blood didn't look fake at all. I think they really put that movie together well.

I have seen a ghost movie but not a ghost book, the movie i have seen is Ghost Busters its a funny and scary movie at the same time.I haven't read a ghost book because it's not really my favorite books to read.I'm a big fan of cartoon and comic books.I have seen other ghost movies but I forgot what it was called. That's all my scary books I haven't read and scary movies I have seen

The scariest book I ever read was New York Ninjas by Johnathan Rands. The scarinstead part was whenough the ninjas come out on Halloween night and scare everyone in the city. My favorite movie is Joy Ride. The scarest part of the story is when the trucker is trying to return something to the people and they get scared and drive off than they stop and realize that he was returning something to them. The scariest out of books and movies is books for my opinion because books tell more details than movies do.

The scariest book that I have read before is my mom's book called "Haunted Kenosha" by Candice Shatkins. The scariest part is all of it because it's true ghost stories. Just to think of it gives me the shivers. I recommend it because it's amazing to know that anybody like my mom to become an author. The scariest movie that I have seen is Annabelle. It's so scary that Annabelle is alive and that she can try to kill people. And that she tries to kill an innocent little baby. In my opinion movies are way scarier than books because you get to see what the characters look like. And that you get to see the gore, blood, and wounds. But the books have more details than the movies. That's my response to the scariest book and movie that I've read and seen.

The scariest book i had ever read was a book called "scary stories" its a bunch of tiny scary tales in one book. I found it scary because one of the stories was about a scare-crow and these two boys messing with the scare-crow and he came to life and murdered the boys. The scariest movie i had ever seen is called "scary movie 5" the only scary part for me is when this paranormal person called,"Mama" was around these peoples house and cursing the people who lived in the house. I find movies scarier because u actually see whats happing, in books you just imagine it.
Cam <3

Cam: I have not read your mom's book yet Cam, but I really want to read it. It sounds so cool because it is all true ghost stories and the fact that it has all those details. I still cannot believe your mom wrote a book and that she is a ghost hunter!
Karli
10/21/2014 10:53:43 am
I agree with Alex L. and all others who said I think movies are better. I agree because what you visualize is far from what the real thing looks like. I don't think there is a book for Hide And Seek, but if there is I would like to read it to compare the two, the book and the movie.
Collin
10/22/2014 12:03:26 pm
I disagree with you Karli. Because sometimes movies take away scary parts. And your mind can imagine some scary stuff.

The scariest book I have ever read is scary stories three. They have a lot of scary stories. A majority of the stories freak me out. They freak me out because it is freaky because there are a lot of scary stories. I have never seen a scary movie. I have never seen a scary movie because it has never crossed my mind to see a scary movie. In my opinion scary books are scarier than scary movies because I have never seen a scary movie before

I dont have a scary book but I would like to read one. My favorite scary movie is World War Z. The the animations of the zombies were really awesome and a lot of jump scares. The movie is better because you get to see what they really look like and the the jump sacres.
Alex L

I do not have a scariest book because I always read at night. When I read at night if I read a scary book I will have nightmares. The scariest movie I have ever seen would have to be Harry Potter. All the characters are really creepy because they either have a weird face or is a bad guy with more than one leg, eye, or arm. To me if I had ever read a scary book it would probably be scarier becase it would have more detail.
Collin
10/22/2014 12:00:26 pm
Same with me. I don't read scary books at night either because I would have nightmares too.
Miranda

I have never read a scary book. The reason I haven't read one is because I don't really like them. The scariest movie I've ever seen was Green Lantern. The scariest part was when the guy used telekinesis to hurt his dad with a syringe.
Alex L
10/23/2014 07:28:55 am
I did not know Green Lantern was supposed to be scary.
Miranda
10/23/2014 12:23:27 pm
I have never read your seen a scary movie because I don't like creepy or scary things they have always kind of creep me out and I don't even like spiders so I don't think that I would like scary movies or books

I do not have a scary book that I am reading at home because I am reading other books.
Cody
10/26/2014 08:48:14 am
I have never read a scary book because they don't interest me, I prefer action books and movies. However, I have seen a movie called Jaws. The scariest part is when the shark eats all the people. In my opinion, the movie would be scarier because it is more visual than a book. Comments are closed.
